By the way,
Chameshi is a traditional food of the Mikawa tea region.
There are many different types of chameshi across the country, but in Mikawa they use tencha tea leaves, which are the tea leaves before they are ground into matcha.
Of course. This tencha is served as hand-picked tea rice.
It is sold at Takakoen and is made using only hand-picked tencha.
They were able to experience tea and spend a different time than usual.
