1. Avoid using additives as much as possible.
1. Cherish the warmth of handmade items.
The sixth event will be held on October 22nd. Exhibitors are:
Kokui Farm We strive every day to produce safe, high-quality crops, and are particular about "delicious" food.
Healthy crops grown like our own children are unique.
Domestically produced soybeans are a precious crop, accounting for less than 5% of the total.
What's more, we offer tofu, natto, miso, and other items made exclusively with soybeans grown in Okui!
They will sell it to you.
The miso used in this boar soup is from Okui Farm.
This miso is made with great care at Okui Farm, from the soybeans to the maturation of the miso.
Please try it.
Yuyu Kobo...A woodworking workshop in Toyota City.
Wooden toys and other wooden crafts will be on sale.
A workshop that values the warmth of wood.
Safety is also taken into consideration, and children's toys are also made.
They will also respond to requests.
The wooden sign for the parking lot at Takakoen was made by Yuyu Kobo.
It's very nice. Please take a look.
Dashenka NaSan...a shop that sells handmade bread made with natural yeast and baked in a stone oven
Dashenka is still very busy after opening a store at JR Takashimaya.
Ofukuichi is a hidden gem, with exclusive breads and new products available.
I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of bread will be available this time.
Kondo Shiitake GardenShimoyama Shiitake Farm is a traditional mushroom farm that grows shiitake mushrooms on logs.
Shiitake mushrooms are delicious, whether fried or boiled.
Carrying logs is hard work, and many people quit.
I'm glad to see young people taking part.
Last time, they were sold out and I couldn't buy any fresh shiitake mushrooms, so I wonder if I'll be able to buy some this time.
Chitty Chitty Bagel ...A bagel specialty store made with domestic wheat and homemade yeast
A bakery in Anjo that specializes in bagels.
Chewy bagels with chicken, kinpira, etc.
It goes perfectly with a bagel sandwich.
It's more filling than it looks, so it's recommended for lunch.
Chiki Chiki Bagel gained more fans last time.
This time too, you can't miss it.
Forest Square Mr./Ms....is working to spread awareness of the importance of forest creation in Toyota City.
Mori no Hiroba is playing a major role in the Cafon Project.
This time, you can paint on a cedar tree in Toyota.
Draw your thoughts on this board, which has a gentle wood scent that will make you feel at ease.
Crayons will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Both children and adults are welcome to participate. You can also make a sign. Once you've finished drawing, you can take home your masterpiece.
You can also experience the Peruvian instrument "Cajon" made from Toyota wood.
FishmongerThey bring you fresh fish.
In fact, it can be quite difficult to buy fish at Takakaen.
Even if the owner buys products labeled as wild, they won't eat them because "they smell like farmed feed."
When I was worried because I couldn't tell just by looking at it, a neighbor introduced me to
This fish shop.
My neighbors came from Sendai and had a hard time trying the fish here.
Apparently they met and were introduced to this fishmonger.
Since then, it has become easier for me to choose fish.
Cedar tree San...A reflexology massage shop in the Yoshiwara area.
You enter through the garden and receive a massage in a slightly secluded space.
A trial price only available at Ofukuichi.
Please give it a try.
MaruruSan...Fabric accessories and handmade goods
They sell small items such as cloth masks and placemats for use in kindergartens and elementary schools.
You can purchase items while consulting with local mom Maruru about any questions you may have.
andTakakoen... All types of tea, including hand-picked matcha and hand-picked deep-steamed tea
In pursuit of delicious tea, we are particular about soil preparation using organic fertilizer.
We only sell tea that the owner is satisfied with.
Enjoy the deep flavor of hand-picked tea, made with meticulous attention to detail.
Local vegetables will be sold once harvested. Fish will be sold in the parking lot on the south side of Hidamari.
We are currently considering a one-day limited offer.
In November, it will be held on the third Wednesday, November 19th (Wednesday).
