The first anniversary morning market, "Ofukuichi," was a huge success. (This was broadcast on local media.)

On Wednesday, February 25th, 2015, the 8th annual Ofukuichi was held.

This marks the first anniversary. The year has flown by so quickly.

1st Anniversary! Morning Market "Ofukuichi" to be held

The 8th "Ofukuichi" morning market will be held.

The next Ofukuichi event will be in February, marking its first anniversary.

The year has gone by in a flash.

We would like to thank the local community, our supporters, and the exhibitors who create their products with care.

Thanks to you, we have been able to celebrate our first anniversary and we are extremely grateful.

 

 

Providing food and other items based on the idea that "food is medicine"

Based on this philosophy, we named the market "Ofukuichi" so that everyone can enjoy delicious food and abundant happiness.

Kondo Shiitake Garden Shimoyama Shiitake Farm is a traditional mushroom farm that grows shiitake mushrooms on logs.

 

In February and March, we have a special experience! Experience inoculating shiitake mushrooms on logs.

You can also take it home (purchase it) after the experience.

Take-out purchases are 600 to 900 yen depending on the thickness of the wood.

Limit one bottle per person.

Limited to about 20 people.

Dolce Vita San...An Italian restaurant in Toyota City.

 

They sell pudding made with specially selected eggs, roasted green tea blancmange, and more.

In addition to using locally produced ingredients, the food is handmade using a wide range of carefully selected ingredients.

A dessert that brings out the flavor of the ingredients.

Kokui FarmWe strive every day to produce safe, high-quality produce, and are particular about "delicious."

Healthy crops grown like our own children are unique.

 

Domestically produced soybeans are a precious crop, accounting for less than 5% of the total.

What's more, we offer tofu, natto, miso, and other items made exclusively with soybeans grown in Okui!

They will sell it to you.

During this cold season, I recommend soy milk hotpot.

The soy milk hotpot is made with the rich soy milk from Okui Farm, and the vegetables simmered together have a sweet taste.

Dashenka NaSan...a shop that sells handmade bread made with natural yeast and baked in a stone oven

 

Dashenka brings a variety of different items every time.

 

Ofukuichi is a hidden gem, with exclusive breads and new products available.

Last time, there was a flat rate and some great value bread.

I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of bread will be available this time.

 

 

 

 

Chitty Chitty Bagel...A bagel specialty store made with domestic wheat and homemade yeast

 

A bakery in Anjo that specializes in bagels.

 

Chewy bagels with chicken, kinpira, etc.

It goes perfectly with a bagel sandwich.

 

It's more filling than it looks, so it's recommended for lunch.

Chiki Chiki Bagel's fan base is rapidly increasing.

Acorn Village InabuSan... Inanabu roadside station.

 

Mineasahi rice is said to be a mythical variety. Mineasahi rice and its rice flour are only available in Inabu, the birthplace of Mineasahi.

They also sell chaberin dango (sweet rice dumplings) at the request of local residents.

In order to protect the rice landscape of Inabu, we are working hard to take on Inabu's Mineasahi rice from farmers.

As abandoned farmland became a problem, we wanted to do something to help, and that's why we created Chaberin Dango.

 

Tea dumplings made with Inabu Mineasahi and Takakoen teas and natural water pumped up from underground.

In fact, it can be quite difficult to buy fish at Takakaen.

Even if the owner buys products labeled as wild, they won't eat them because "they smell like farmed feed."

When I was worried because I couldn't tell just by looking at it, a neighbor introduced me to

This fish shop.

My neighbors came from Sendai and had a hard time trying the fish here.

Apparently they met and were introduced to this fishmonger.

Since then, it has become easier for me to choose fish.

 

 

 

Cedar tree San...A reflexology massage shop in the Yoshiwara area.

You enter through the garden and receive a massage in a slightly secluded space.
