Summer vacation project ☆ Hands-on learning (workshop)
The 23rd Ofukuichi was held on Saturday, July 22, 2017.
Since it was summer vacation, we held an experiential learning (workshop) for children.
I learned how to make nerikiri directly from the owner of Toyoda Ryoguchiya, a Japanese confectionery craftsman.
We actually make it.

Next, we grind the matcha in a stone mill.

Prepare matcha tea under the guidance of the owner of Takakaen

Completed.

The Japanese sweets and matcha you make yourself taste exceptional.
It's delicious and I'm happy to hear excited comments.
During the bread-making experience, you will be taught by the owner of Machupan.
Create any shape you like.
It contains a variety of ingredients, including chocolate and red bean paste.
It worked.
Bread you make yourself is always delicious.

After hearing about rapeseed oil from Nanohana Farm,
Squeeze the oil from rapeseed.
After squeezing, make the dressing
.
You can take home the finished Nanohana dressing.

There's a gas balloon outside.

I received water, air, and helium gas papers from Toyota Gas Center.
We received colorful gas balloons.
A floating balloon will make you feel excited.
Many children had a variety of experiences.
The children who came seemed to enjoy themselves,
I'm glad I planned it.
I was happy.
To everyone who came,
Everyone involved
