Exhibitors on November 28th

Nijimachi-san... "Golden Red Tomato" Cultivation Farm

We grow "Golden Red Tomatoes" in Tokoname City.

No chemical fertilizers are used,

We use organic fertilizer rich in lactic acid bacteria and amino acids and cultivate our crops with minimal watering.

It's a tomato with concentrated flavor.

The "Golden Red Tomatoes" are so tasty that children crave them as a snack.

Please give it a try.

Kondo Shiitake Garden Shimoyama Shiitake Farm is a traditional mushroom farm that grows shiitake mushrooms on logs.

Shiitake mushrooms grown on logs are a must-try in autumn.

Shiitake mushrooms grown on logs are delicious, as expected.

We also recommend the large nametake mushrooms, which sold out quickly last time.

I wonder if I can buy it this time.

Macchupan: A bakery that uses domestic wheat and natural yeast

A bakery in Okazaki City that uses homemade yeast made from local fruits and domestically grown wheat.

This talented bakery won first place in the Bread Marche Contest held in Nagoya in 2016.

This time, you might be able to get your hands on some meal-type bread that you can't usually find in stores.

There may also be some items exclusive to Ofukuichi.

Get it before it sells out.

I'm looking forward to it.

Kokui FarmMr./Ms.... We strive every day to produce safe, high-quality crops, and are particular about "delicious" food.

Healthy crops grown like our own children are unique.

Domestically produced soybeans are a precious crop, accounting for less than 5% of the total.

What's more, we offer tofu, natto, miso, soy milk, and more made exclusively with soybeans grown in Okui!

They will sell it to you.

We have many repeat customers for our miso.

NPO Utopia Wakamiya We handle products made at a welfare facility in Toyota City that caters to people with disabilities.

It all started with "It would be nice if it existed!"

A variety of handmade foods, sweets, and miscellaneous goods made with quality ingredients and with love.

Among them, a large selection will be gathered.

We will also be selling honey from Toyota, which has been requested.

FishmongerThey bring you fresh fish.

In fact, it can be quite difficult to buy fish at Takakaen.

Even if the owner buys products labeled as wild, they won't eat them because "they smell like farmed feed."

When I was worried because I couldn't tell just by looking at it, a neighbor introduced me to

This fish shop.

My neighbors came from Sendai and had a hard time trying the fish here.

Apparently they met and were introduced to this fishmonger.

Since then, it has become easier for me to choose fish.

It is sold by a slightly shy person.

Tickets will be sold in the parking lot on the south side of Hidamari.

Cedar tree San...A reflexology massage shop in the Yoshiwara area.

You enter through the garden and receive a massage in a slightly secluded space.

A trial price only available at Ofukuichi.

The massage is gentle so that your screams don't reach Ofukuichi.

Please give it a try.

andTakakoen ... All types of tea, including hand-picked matcha and hand-picked deep-steamed tea

In pursuit of delicious tea, we are particular about soil preparation using organic fertilizer.

We only sell tea that the owner is satisfied with.

Of course, we also have baked sweets made with hand-picked matcha.

The cafe menu also includes a set that is only available on the day.

We also have hand-picked matcha and chaberin dango.

Stay tuned.
