From April 25th
Tea picking has begun.

First, we pick the sencha (deep-steamed tea).
From around May 2nd
We plan to start picking the buds that will become matcha.
If you are interested in picking tea leaves,
Please come and join us as a part-time worker at Ocha Tsumi.

Tea picking experience
This year we will be holding the "Tea Picking Experience" again.


In a naturally grown tea plantation where the tea grows as tall as an adult
You will experience the hand-picking method "Shigoki-tsumi," which is unique to Aichi Prefecture.
If you wish, you can also take a commemorative photo wearing a Kasuri kimono.
After the experience, you can take a tour of the factory, sample Japanese tea, try tea rice, and sample baked sweets.
You will enjoy it.
