Kondo Shiitake GardenShimoyama Shiitake Farm is a traditional mushroom farm that grows shiitake mushrooms on logs.

 

Shiitake mushrooms are delicious, whether fried or boiled.

Carrying logs is hard work, and many people quit.

Kokui Farm We strive every day to produce safe, high-quality crops, and are particular about "delicious" food.

Healthy crops grown like our own children are unique.

 

Domestically produced soybeans are a precious crop, accounting for less than 5% of the total.

What's more, we offer tofu, natto, miso, and other items made exclusively with soybeans grown in Okui!

This is an announcement about applications for the "Cajon," an instrument made from Toyota wood.

 

 

The cajon is a percussion instrument that originated in Peru.

This instrument is made from Toyota wood.

8 participants (Elementary school students and above. Lower elementary students must be accompanied by an adult. Adults can also participate alone.)

Chameshi is a traditional food of the Mikawa tea region.

There are many different types of chameshi across the country, but in Mikawa they use tencha tea leaves, which are the tea leaves before they are ground into matcha.

Of course. This tencha is served as hand-picked tea rice.

It is sold at Takakoen and is made using only hand-picked tencha.
