June 28th Exhibitors,
Nanohana FarmSan... a store selling rapeseed oil made from organically grown, pesticide-free produce
Nanohana Farm grows nanohana organically and without pesticides on abandoned farmland in Toyota and Miyoshi City.
We make and sell "rapeseed oil" using rare, domestically grown, locally grown rapeseed flowers.
They also have "Nanohana Soy Sauce," made only from rapeseed cake and salt, which can be used as an alternative soy sauce for those with soy allergies.
Kondo Shiitake Garden Shimoyama Shiitake Farm is a traditional mushroom farm that grows shiitake mushrooms on logs.
Sorry to keep you waiting.
It's time to harvest log-grown shiitake mushrooms.
Shiitake mushrooms grown on logs are delicious, as expected.
If you have it, I also recommend large nametake mushrooms.
Dashenka Na San...a shop that sells handmade bread made with natural yeast and baked in a stone oven
Dashenka brings a variety of different items every time.
Ofukuichi is a hidden gem, with exclusive breads and new products available.
There are also some reasonably priced breads.
Every time, we introduce special bread deals that you can't miss out on.
I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of bread will be available this time.
Chitty Chitty Bagel...A bagel specialty store made with domestic wheat and homemade yeast
A bakery in Anjo that specializes in bagels.
Chewy bagels with chicken, kinpira, etc.
It goes perfectly with a bagel sandwich.
It's more filling than it looks, so it's recommended for lunch.
Get it before it sells out.
Kokui FarmMr./Ms.... We strive every day to produce safe, high-quality crops, and are particular about "delicious" food.
Healthy crops grown like our own children are unique.
Domestically produced soybeans are a precious crop, accounting for less than 5% of the total.
What's more, we offer tofu, natto, miso, soy milk, and more made exclusively with soybeans grown in Okui!
They will sell it to you.
Since it's been a while since the last Ofukuichi, we received some feedback that people had run out of miso.
To those of you waiting for miso from Okui, we apologize for the long wait.
Antenna Shop Kirari We handle products made at a welfare facility in Toyota City that caters to people with disabilities.
A variety of handmade foods, sweets, and miscellaneous goods made with quality ingredients and with love.
Among them, a large selection will be gathered.
FishmongerThey bring you fresh fish.
In fact, it can be quite difficult to buy fish at Takakaen.
Even if the owner buys products labeled as wild, they won't eat them because "they smell like farmed feed."
When I was worried because I couldn't tell just by looking at it, a neighbor introduced me to
This fish shop.
My neighbors came from Sendai and had a hard time trying the fish here.
Apparently they met and were introduced to this fishmonger.
Since then, it has become easier for me to choose fish.
It is sold by a slightly shy person.
Tickets will be sold in the parking lot on the south side of Hidamari.
Cedar tree San...A reflexology massage shop in the Yoshiwara area.
You enter through the garden and receive a massage in a slightly secluded space.
A trial price only available at Ofukuichi.
The massage is gentle so that your screams don't reach Ofukuichi.
Please give it a try.
andTakakoen ... All types of tea, including hand-picked matcha and hand-picked deep-steamed tea
In pursuit of delicious tea, we are particular about soil preparation using organic fertilizer.
We only sell tea that the owner is satisfied with.
This time
We can do this because we grow both matcha and deep-steamed tea.
Luxuriously finished "deep-steamed green tea with matcha" cold tea and
You will be able to taste freshly roasted "Hojicha" that has been roasted over an open flame for three days.
Hojicha is roasted slowly to preserve the flavor of the tea.
It not only has a nice aroma, but also a deep, savory flavor.
Please try it.
Of course, we also have new tea available at this time of year.
The cafe menu also includes a set that is only available on the day.
This time's dessert is "Dorayaki Ice Cream" from "Toyoda Ryoguchiya".
Of course, you can also enjoy hand-picked matcha.
Stay tuned.

Tea picking has begun
This year, we have been picking new shoots since April 27th.
First, the tea leaves that will become sencha (deep-steamed tea) are picked.
This year's new buds are growing freely and producing fragrant new tea.

Naturally grown, hand-picked
Every year during the May holidays, my children and their friends come to pick them.

Helping with tea picking

Hand-picked Sencha (deep-steamed tea)
In the past, local students would come pick tea leaves on their way home from school to earn some pocket money.
Children who have had the experience of picking them when they were young
Even though it's been a while since I last picked them as an adult, I'm still good at it.
Now that view is gone,
It makes me happy to see the kids picking them.
To preserve the traditional hand-picking method
I want to convey this message.
