This time, you can enjoy some early new matcha tea.

The first harvest of matcha is not in May, but in autumn after the summer has passed.

It is picked in May,

Let it mature a little before serving.

 

On October 16th, we will be serving fresh, naturally-brewed, hand-picked matcha.

We sell it in small portions in the amount you like.

 

You can also sample the drinks.

 

We also have hand-picked tea rice.

I was invited to the festival.

 

 

 

 

Fifth graders pick tea leaves in May.

Next, we experienced rice planting and harvesting.

The activity is intended to express gratitude and also serve as a way to present what they have learned.

The fifth grade elementary school students put a lot of thought into creating and preparing the presentation.

Among the various events, they held a tea quiz,

They have fun and come up with creative ideas,

It was an impressive and happy time.

We start picking the new sprouts of Sencha tea to be used for Fukamushi tea.
