The 23rd Ofukuichi was held on Saturday, July 22, 2017.
Since it was summer vacation, we held an experiential learning (workshop) for children.
I learned how to make nerikiri directly from the owner of Toyoda Ryoguchiya, a Japanese confectionery craftsman.
We actually make it.

Next, we grind the matcha in a stone mill.

Prepare matcha tea under the guidance of the owner of Takakaen

The Japanese sweets and matcha you make yourself taste exceptional.

During the bread-making experience, you will be taught by the owner of Machupan.
Create any shape you like.
It contains a variety of ingredients, including chocolate and red bean paste.
It worked.

After hearing about rapeseed oil from Nanohana Farm,
Squeeze the oil from rapeseed.
After squeezing, make the dressing
