豊田市で栽培されたショウガを使い、「ウルトラしょうがパウダー」など、ショウガのいろいろな加工品を作っています。
寒くなってきたこの季節に手に入れたいショウガです。
刻んだショウガは、子供達からの購入のリクエスト。
大人だけでなく、子供も食べれるから驚き。
ご飯にのせて食べても美味しいです。
