At the Aichi Prefectural Tea Ceremony held at the Aichi Prefectural Government Office yesterday, October 13th<\/p>\n

I attended as the chairman of the Aichi Prefecture Tea Industry Youth Association.<\/p>\n

The tea ceremony was hosted by Governor Omura and was held in an outdoor setting.\"IMG_4776_R\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Aichi Prefecture is the second largest producer of tencha (the raw material for matcha) in Japan after Kyoto.<\/p>\n

The governor himself promoted Aichi tea.<\/p>\n

I also explained to the attendees about tea, a specialty of Aichi Prefecture.<\/p>\n

We also enjoyed some delicious tea and sweets, such as Joyo manju.<\/p>\n
