Kokaen's "Hojicha Drink Mix" is made only from stone-ground hojicha powder, produced from house-roasted green tea leaves, and refined sugar – with no additives or artificial flavourings. For this blend, the owner of Kokaen, a champion of the Kyoto Tea Appraisal Technique Competition, personally selects tea leaves from different cultivars and grades and personally roasts each batch over direct heat to its optimal level, preserving the tea’s natural umami while drawing out a deep, fragrant hojicha aroma. The roasted leaves are then stone-ground into a fine powder that pairs perfectly with lattes and sweets. Simply mix with hot or cold milk, soy milk, or oat milk to enjoy the rich aroma and flavour of Kokaen's original hojicha. It can also be used for desserts and baked goods.

高香園の「ほうじ茶オレ」は、自社で直火焙煎した茶葉を石臼で挽いたほうじ茶パウダーと、上質な砂糖のみでつくったミックスです。添加物や人工香料は一切使用していません。ラテやスイーツによく合うよう、高香園の園主自らが複数の品種・等級の茶葉を選び分け、それぞれの茶葉に最も適した直火焙煎を行い、お茶本来の旨味を残しながら香ばしく深みのあるほうじ茶の香りを引き出しています。焙煎した茶葉は石臼で微粉末にし、ラテやお菓子に使いやすいパウダーに仕上げました。京都府茶審査技術競技大会の優勝者である高香園の園主が、直火焙煎から配合まで一貫して手がけています。
温かい／冷たい牛乳・豆乳・オーツミルクに溶かすだけで、高香園オリジナルほうじ茶の豊かな香りとコクを楽しめるほうじ茶ラテが出来上がります。焼き菓子やデザートの素材としてもお使いいただけます。
